This was a personal project of mine-- fueled by my love of "Pterodactyl" sauce, a sauce featured on the menu at Kickin' Chicken restaurants. I thought, "What would this look like if it were a product you could buy at a grocery store?"

I wanted to keep the same fun personality that is present throughout the current restaurant branding. In line with that, I used similar reds and yellows found in the company logo, as well as a combination of bold typography and illustration.
